Southern Alameda
The Southern Alameda Action Network concluded its 2012 meeting cycle on September 9th by choosing the Big Heart Wellness Center as its first Action Network project. The Wellness Center is located at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church in Livermore and will bring resources such as legal aid, nutrition and cooking classes, an organic garden and mental health referrals to the low-income neighbors currently served by its food pantry.
